  • Computerised Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
  • Telephone work and face-to-face appointments
  • Group therapy and Health Living Workshops
  • 6 session Stress Management Seminar
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Interpersonal Therapy (IPT)
  • Counselling for Depression (CFD)
  • Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR)
  • Employment support
