- 6 session Stress Management Seminar
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Interpersonal Therapy (IPT)
- Counselling for Depression (CFD)
- Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR)
- Employment support
