Feeling low, stressed or anxious - try a self help workshop at Kings Medical Practice
Turning Point Talking Therapies wants to encourage people to learn how to help themselves when feeling low, stressed or anxious. To help with this they run free workshops and we are hosting them at Kings Medical Practice over the next few months.
The workshops are on the following dates:

- Improving Low Mood Seminar - 8th June, 12.30 - 2pm
